Pepper 'Kardoula'

  • Product number: 208315
  • Origin: Turkey
  • Latin: Capsicum annuum

The deep red Kardoula pepper is a very fast-growing and thus early-harvesting, mild pepper from Turkey. They are sweet to barely hot with great depth of flavour and a beautiful raisin-like sweetness. In short: actually much tastier than the protected variety the Peppadew. Just like its famous brother, Kardoula is often used to be filled with meat, sauce or cheese. Its shape lends itself well to this: small, conical and thick-walled. The fruit set continues for a long time, especially in the greenhouse or if you bring the plant indoors in autumn. Height 90-120 cm.

Denominations:
Latin: Capsicum annuum
