Pepper 'Hungarian Black'

  • Product number: 208217
  • Origin: Central America
  • Latin: Capsicum annuum

A particularly elegant pepper from an old Hungarian tradition. Due to the very different ripening colors, a beautiful color palette is created on the plant: from green, through (almost) black (like mussels!) to red. The leaves often also have purple speckles and the flowers are lilac-blue. The plant does not grow taller than 1 m, needs support, and bears the fruits hanging. The attractive aroma, together with the mild heat, makes this pepper a crowd-pleaser! Matures 75 days after transplanting.

Names:
Latin: Capsicum annuum
