The Aji Guyana pepper comes from the small South American country of Guyana and is known for its medium heat and delicious citrus flavor. These peppers are typically 12-18 cm long and 2 cm wide, ripening from green to yellow. The plants are exceptionally productive and are among the faster-growing large baccatum varieties. Ideal for roasting, fresh salsa, salads, and dried spice powders. The plants can grow over 120 cm tall and will need support due to the abundance of peppers they produce.
