A rarely beautiful pepper. From the purple foliage, lovely lilac flowers emerge, developing into deep purple fruits, later ripening to bright red. Since not all fruits ripen simultaneously, a beautiful multi-colored plant is created. A particularly attractive feature is the stripes that appear on the fruits when the plants receive full sun. The bushes can grow to about 1 meter high and yield a substantial harvest. The fruits are medium hot, the rather thick skin is crisp and tastes slightly sweet. The peppers are over 4 cm long and 2.5 cm wide and contain many seeds. Cultivation is most successful in a greenhouse.
