This Peruvian pepper not only offers a delightful, citrusy and fruity flavour, but also adds a very ornamental touch to pots or in the garden. The small, elongated, medium-hot fruits ripen from creamy white, through light purple and orange to deep red. Because there are always different stages of ripeness on the plant, you will see a multitude of these fresh colours on a single plant. The plants remain quite compact.
