AS TENDER AS ASPARAGUS AND AS HEALTHY AS BROCCOLI!
Open type Broccoli with small flower heads, which are very tasty raw and lightly steamed. Harvest when two florets are open, cut just below the 4th or 5th leaf. New flower stalks will emerge from the leaf axils.
We offer a very productive variety that forms thick and tender stems. Sowing before mid-June can lead to premature flowering.
