This highly decorative, greenish-yellow cauliflower, composed of tightly packed, small "turrets", is an improvement on the old Romanesco. The old variety sometimes doesn't set florets well or remains very small. This variety offers a more reliable harvest, although autumn cultivation remains preferred. Enjoy the very regular spiral structure of this beauty! The florets (especially when harvested young) are also delicious as crunchy raw vegetables.
Cauliflower requires fertile, well-worked, moisture-retentive soil. Plant out at 50 cm.
