This hybrid variety produces beautiful, heavy heads and has optimal resistance to bolting (flowering), meaning it can also be successfully sown in spring. Older varieties are better sown after the longest day.
This so-called broad-leaved amsoi, which is known worldwide, grows large green, round leaves. Young leaves add a delicious spicy flavour to salads! Older leaves are used in stir-fries as "spinach". Due to its fast growth and good cold resistance, this vegetable is also suitable for autumn and winter cultivation.
