  • Product number: 134900
  • Origin: Asia
  • Latin: Brassica juncea

A beautiful amsoi or mustard lettuce with light green round leaves. Its elegance lies in the slightly curly, finely fringed or serrated leaves. Young leaves are deliciously spicy in salads or on bread, and when grown larger, they make a wonderfully tasty stir-fry vegetable. This is the most winter-hardy Asian leafy cabbage, and it can be harvested even in frost.
