Sowing method: March - May indoors. Transplant: April in the greenhouse or late May outdoors. This white-flowering gourd likes a warm summer and therefore grows well in a greenhouse. But then do keep windows and doors open due to night blooming! Outdoor cultivation usually succeeds well, but do let the plants climb! If well ripened, can be stored for several months, and indefinitely after drying.
