ORGANICALLY GROWN SEEDS!
A special chickpea from Italy, known there as Ceci Neri. The flavor is deeper and richer than the light brown chickpea, you can use it to make an original dark soup, for example: Zuppa di Ceci Neri, the taste is unmatched. Of course, this chickpea is versatile, for example in salads... an original appearance! A black variety also comes from India, but the Italian one is even darker, slightly larger and better in taste. You'll find them mainly in regions like Puglia and Basilicata.
