This is the highest-yielding sugar pea; the plants climb to a height of 150-200 cm, so the harvest is naturally a bit later than with lower varieties. This variety has very good resistance to mildew!
Deliciously sweet with a tender skin. You don't need to shell the peas, just remove the tips and the string. Do pick them relatively young. Briefly stew them or eat them raw in salads!
