This is a typical courgette for Greek and Turkish cuisine! It is a Cousa type, meaning short, slightly thick fruits, harvest them young! The color is white with light green fine veins.
Courgettes can be grown outdoors without any problems. This variety is not a vining type; the fruits grow from the center of
the plant. For consumption, harvest the fruits when young to very young. For ornamental purposes, let them grow larger, then they can be stored.
