This creamy white zucchini has the familiar shape: the same thickness all over. Harvesting at a length of 20-30 cm is optimal. The non-trailing plants yield a large harvest! The taste is mild and pleasant.

Zucchini can be grown outdoors without any problems. This variety is non-trailing; the fruits grow from the center of
the plant. Harvest the fruits young to very young for consumption. For ornamental purposes, let them mature, then they can be stored.

(Too) big a harvest? Fry a quantity of chopped courgettes, onions, and garlic. Then purée and freeze. After thawing, this, together with broth, forms a good base for soups. If the courgette is a bit too large: Peel and deseed, then shave completely with a vegetable peeler or cheese slicer to create courgette ribbons, beautiful white strands. Sprinkle with salt and let drain. Then mix well with two generous tablespoons of chopped chives, the same amount of burnet leaves, and the same amount of mayonnaise. This makes a delicious salad for about 4 to 8 people, depending on the courgette. Per 15 cm of courgette length and a circumference of 25 cm, this is enough for 1 to 2 people, depending on whether it's a main course or a side dish...
