The special feature of this old Italian variety is the striking protruding ribs that run along the entire length of the fruit. This creates a nice cutting effect. During post-ripening, a play of colors emerges, with green and orange-yellow stripes.
Zucchinis can be grown outdoors without any problems. This variety does not trail; the fruits grow from the center of
the plant. Harvest the fruits young to very young for consumption. For ornamental purposes, let them grow larger, then they can be stored.
