As the name suggests, each fruit is a work of art. It is a cultivated variety of the old 'Lungo Fiorentino' strain, but with a darker green colour. Extremely productive, large flowers, and the fruits have beautiful sharp ribs on top. This (as with the old variety) creates a stunning effect when cut!
Courgettes can be grown outdoors without any problems. This variety is non-trailing; the fruits grow from the centre of
the plant. For consumption, harvest the fruits when young to very young. For ornamental purposes, let them grow larger, then they can be stored.
