Edible chrysanthemum variety with very aromatic leaves. This variety has deeply incised leaves. Already very popular in Asia for centuries, this healthy vegetable is now also conquering Europe! Both the stem and leaves are edible. With a dressing based on sesame oil, it is highly recommended in salads. Even after short stir-frying, the vegetable retains sufficient flavor! Harvesting usually takes place when the plant is 30 cm high: the tips are cut or leaves are picked. Nowadays, cultivation as a microgreen is also popular: the plants are sown very close together and harvested when they are barely 10 cm high. Let some plants grow to enjoy the richly flowering, yellow-white (and of course edible!) oxeye daisies!
