This is currently the best globe beetroot we know. Harvesting extra early yields delicious mini-beets, juicy and sweet... if you let the beets grow larger, the delicious deep and sweet flavour becomes a little earthier, but still excellent! In taste tests, 'Boro' scores highly and as a bonus, the plant remains very healthy and the beets have a long shelf life. Internally, the tubers are deep red and wonderfully juicy.
