This new "one-biter" comes from Thailand and South Vietnam, a plant that yields an abundant harvest of small, round fruits weighing 25-30g. The colour is bright white. After harvesting, place the fruits in salt water as soon as possible to maintain their bright colour. In Eastern cuisine, they are eaten raw with a chilli sauce (e.g., Nam Prik Pao) or stir-fried in curry sauce. We welcome beautiful photos of the fruits and the plant!
