These fine, extra tasty asparagus are very popular in Italian cuisine. The "wild" taste returns to your plate. This species still grows on the coast of the Adriatic Sea and comes close to the taste of asparagus, which was so praised by Pliny (37-79 AD). From April until stocks last, we also receive wild asparagus plants, see 831150.
