The only (with us) good, very hardy jasmine with wonderfully fragrant, white flowers (pink in bud) from which a delicious tea is brewed! It is a climbing plant with enormous vigour, so annual pruning is recommended, as the plant flowers on one-year-old wood. The aromatic oil extracted from jasmine flowers is famous and is used medicinally.
