Fig 'White Marseille'

  • Product number: 823080.1
  • Origin: Mediterranean region
  • Latin: Common fig

This beautiful cultivar has very old roots, with records showing that Cardinal Pole planted it in Great Britain as early as the 6th century, possibly brought there by the Romans. The rather round, slightly pear-shaped fruits ripen to a greenish-yellow and, when cut open, reveal the typical white, deliciously sweet flesh.
