Visual artist Sandra Schouten creates theatrical food concepts that spark the imagination: authentic, sensuous and tailor-made. In a theatrical setting, performers present food that is slightly alienating yet enticing. Guests or spectators are invited to surrender to an experience that engages all their senses. In addition to concepts for the arts sector and companies, private individuals can also order a dinner at home under the name “Een vreemde hand in de keuken”.
