The flowering period is the second half of May.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAfter years of experience in the Netherlands, our grower has put together a TOP assortment of the most beautiful and successful peonies.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThey grow on all soil types:\n\u003cbr\u003eOn clay, growth is problem-free; do not fertilize too much and ensure good drainage.\n\u003cbr\u003eOn sand, the plants remain somewhat smaller; sufficient fertilization keeps the plant healthy.\n\u003cbr\u003eOn peat soil, growth is generally good, but the plants will need to be replanted or renewed slightly sooner.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003ePlace peonies in a sunny spot, plant them (immediately upon arrival) so shallowly that only a few cm of soil covers the \"eyes,\" first pressing down the soil.\n\u003cbr\u003eWe supply loose rhizomes; each plant has grown for 4-5 years, so the chance of quick flowering is high! Some varieties grow into their intended (double) form as they mature. Colors can vary slightly per year and depend on the preceding winter cold.
