Anniversary package 06 "Historic Classics"

For 100 years, we have been bringing flavor to life. In honor of our anniversary, we take you back to the vegetable garden of yesteryear.
In this package, you will find six special vegetable varieties that were commonly found on tables around 1926 but are almost forgotten today. From parsnips and salsify to chard, winter purslane, cardoon, and marrowfat peas: each one offers pure, authentic flavors from another era.
Discover how rich and surprising the cuisine of the past was — and bring a piece of history back to your plate.
The composition of the package may vary slightly depending on availability and the number of orders. Any changes will always remain within the same historical selection of forgotten vegetable varieties.
