The fruits change color from yellow, to orange, to red! The Lemon Tree smells wonderful during the summer months and is a great addition to any patio. It is an easy tree that should be grown in a large pot here and requires light pruning during growth to keep its lush growth somewhat in check. The young shoots are reddish in color and the leaves are quite large (8x5 cm). In a conservatory, a citrus tree blooms almost all year round, interspersed with fruit setting. On the patio, the white (slightly purplish) blossoms spread a pleasant sweet scent. Overwinter in a cool place, never letting the temperature drop below 2ºC.
