Seed Starting Cocopeat Tablets 3cm - 40pcs

Ideal base for seedbeds, free from insects, bacteria, and fungi. It is finely chopped, composted coir fiber, then heated and pressed into round discs. We offer different sizes, which you can "transform" into seedbed soil with water:

3 cm (10-12 mm thick) diameter yields 50-70 ml of coir soil with 25-35 ml of water
5 cm (10-12 mm thick) diameter yields 125-150 ml of coir soil with 75 ml of water
6 cm (10-12 mm thick) diameter yields 200-250 ml of coir soil with 125-150 ml of water
6 cm (17-19 mm thick) diameter yields 400-425 ml of coir soil with 175-200 ml of water

Mix the resulting coir soil with 10% (volume) silver sand (809625) to obtain the most ideal seedbed soil.
Because this substrate readily absorbs moisture again after drying, it has many applications, including in terrariums for frogs and snakes.
