Deep Seed and Cutting Trays 40 Pots (160mm deep)

These practical seed or cutting trays have been specially developed for deep-rooting crops such as trees and shrubs grown from seed or cuttings, but also for all types of annual and perennial vegetable and ornamental crops that you want to grow for a longer period.
The vertical indentations force the roots to grow vertically. Research indicates that plants need depth more than width for root development. Therefore, a lot of space is wasted when cultivating in pots where the diameter is equal to the height, and more water also evaporates. A narrow and tall pot is thus the most ideal.
The trays contain 40 pots (5x8) and measure 53x30 cm. The individual pots are 60x53mm and 160mm deep.
