The real Four-Leaf Clover grows from a tuber that, in mild winters (or with some extra protection), is even perennial. The green leaves together form a circular purple-brown in the center. In summer and autumn, pinkish-red flowers appear. Both the leaves and the flowers have a fine, sour taste: delicious in dishes, salads, and on a sandwich!
