Elegantly veined flowers: orange on a yellow background.
The sturdy stems have elegant whorls of glossy green leaves up to 2/3 of their length, and a cluster of large bell-shaped flowers with a tuft (crown) of bracts at the top. It is known for its repellent effect against moles. Tip: because the bulb has a hollow at the top where rot can occur in very moist soil, we recommend planting the bulbs on their side.
