Delicious mix of crispy, spicy, curry, soft and delicate: 45% mung bean, 10% mustard, 12.5% fenugreek, 12.5% lentil, and 20% alfalfa.

After harvesting, these seeds were found to be free of harmful bacteria: Salmonella spp. Lysteria monocytogenes, E coli 0157-H7 & Ehec (Enterohaemorrhagic Escherichia coli). The seeds were then handled as hygienically as possible.

Sowing method: Rinse the seeds with lukewarm water, and soak them for an hour. Drain the water, and rinse the seeds twice a day with lukewarm water. Grow them, for example, in a glass jar or a special sprouting kit. Between rinses, store the jar in a dark and warm place and let it drain well.
