A delicious microgreen that sublimely combines the flavour of lovage and spring onions. Delicious in salads and dishes with egg or meat. When fully grown, it becomes the Chinese Mahogany tree, see 352900.
This variety is cultivated as a microgreen (for the young plant with cotyledons or first true leaves). Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (kitchen roll, cotton wool, soil). Keep dark and warm for germination, then light and cooler after germination.
