Pea shoot

Unbelievable: as fresh and tender as snow peas and peas, these young shoots can be harvested multiple times after just 2-4 weeks! We selected the best-tasting ones from 28 blind taste tests, focusing on a strong flavor, not bitter, and as sweet as possible. Sow them in a pot and let them germinate year-round on the windowsill or outdoors. They germinate from 5°C and can be harvested multiple times (if not cut too short). Mix the shoots raw into salads, on a healthy sandwich, or briefly stir-fry them as a last addition to wok dishes.
