Elegant, purple-red micro basil! This greatly improved variety has virtually no color deviations. The delicious taste of basil is fresher and milder the younger you harvest it. Grown as "cress", you'll enjoy the tender stems and the delicate, blue-red leaves. Also ready to be used for a delicious pesto!
This variety is grown as a microgreen (for the young plant with cotyledons or first true leaves). Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (paper towel, cotton wool, soil). Keep dark and warm for germination, then light and cooler after germination.
