Besides the well-known Blue Fescue (673600), this is a popular and widely used ornamental grass with striking blue-green foliage. This Blue Hair Grass has slightly broader leaves and blooms a little taller: 30-40 cm, so the overall appearance is somewhat more robust than its blue cousin. Give them a sunny spot and improve clay soil with some potting soil and sand; they retain their beautiful color in winter.
