A cheerful bloomer on the rise! "Thanks" to the milder winters, this plant is overwintering more and more easily; however, it's advisable to provide some extra protection during severe frost. The plant starts with small, myrtle-like leaves and, after some growth, produces cheerful, uniquely shaped flowers on its young shoots: they have 2 longer petals on the sides, making them appear to have little wings! All of this in a bright, lilac-pink color.
You can prune the plant back every year to keep it bushy; nowadays, they are also grown on a stem because the plant can woody into a shrub.
