Nicotiana tabacum 'Number 25'

Sowing method: February-April indoors at 20-25°C or outdoors in May (in a warm, shady spot). Always pre-sow in a seed tray. Use a cocopeat and silver sand seed medium, sieving the top layer extra fine (kitchen sieve). Spread the seeds over the seedbed, press lightly, and mist thoroughly: it's a light germinator! Transplant into potting soil in time to prevent growth stagnation. The plants can be moved outdoors in May, as soon as the weather becomes consistently warmer.
