Small cabbages with long stems (60-90 cm), which decoratively adorn an autumn or winter bouquet. As a cut flower, they are very strong, but these cabbages on stalks also look very attractive in the garden. Colour: a beautiful tricolour rosette with deep pink in the centre, via cream-white to fresh green along the edge. At a planting distance of 15x15 cm you get nice, small cabbages, a wider spacing gives larger "blooms".
Ornamental cabbage or Garnish Cabbage is at its best in late summer to autumn (extending into winter), so don't sow too early. These beautifully coloured cabbages originated in Japan and are a colourful addition to our garden or in pots! Briefly cooked or stir-fried, they are a colourful addition to dishes. The mild flavour has long been appreciated in Asian cuisine! Small diameter cabbages that grow on long stems. Very popular as cut foliage. Plant them 15x15cm for small cabbages and wider for a larger head. This amounts to 49-81 plants per m². Stem length 60-80cm. Harvestable after 4-5 months.
