After drying, they are soaked in water before eating, making them milder with fine sweet notes. Therefore, these shallots are incorporated into dough dishes (savory) as well as yogurt. An old, traditional recipe is included in the PDF attachment. Give this Allium altissimum a sunny and well-drained spot.
