Rediscovered! This wild garlic is a great addition to the garden and kitchen.
The perennial onion produces fresh edible leaves and an abundance of bulbils at the top (instead of a flower). These are deliciously spicy in salads (use immediately after harvesting) and can also be planted to create a crop field! The bulbils sometimes already develop into crow's feet-like growths at the top.
