This Russian variety comes from Tatiana Yaschenko's collection (2008) and is a beautiful addition to our assortment. The rather large, heart-shaped fruits (250-500 g) are pinkish-red with green shoulders, lightly ribbed. The flesh contains little juice and seeds, and the aroma and sweetness are very appealing.
The largest tomatoes in our assortment are called beefsteak tomatoes. This tomato gets its name from the larger amount of flesh (instead of juice). This applies to most varieties in this group, with a few exceptions such as the so-called stuffing tomatoes.
