What a beautiful tomato! For a beefsteak tomato, a nice modest size of 200-350 g. The exterior: red, orange with green stripes from the top. The interior: pink, red, green, orange and yellow...! The variety originated from a cross between 'Lucky Cross' with an unknown beauty. Millard Murdock did the stabilizing breeding work. The reward for your breeding work is a bountiful harvest of fruits with firm flesh and a very fine, sweet and fruity taste.
The largest tomatoes in our assortment are called beefsteak tomatoes. This tomato owes its name to the larger amount of flesh (instead of juice). This applies to most varieties in this group, with a few exceptions such as the so-called stuffing tomatoes.
