One of the few (small) beefsteak tomatoes that retains its canary-yellow color when ripe! The fruits are fully ripe when the green spots have disappeared, and the shelf life is very good. The taste is mild and on the sweet side.
Do you often grow your tomatoes in the same place, for example in a greenhouse? Then diseases can develop in the soil, which rootstocks are resistant to, and therefore grafting is recommended:
for grafting tomatoes, use this variety: 291110 Tomato 'Landon'. As a helpful tool, we recommend these grafting clips: 847520 Grafting Clip 1.5 mm.
The largest tomatoes in our assortment are called beefsteak tomatoes. This tomato gets its name from the larger amount of flesh (instead of juice). This applies to most varieties in this group, with a few exceptions such as the so-called stuffing tomatoes.
