This Ukrainian tomato (80-90 g) remains compact (40-50 cm), allowing you to expect the first harvest very early. This means this strong tomato is hardly affected by diseases. The taste is excellent, sweet enough with a touch of acidity, as a tomato should be. Sanka is a nickname for Alexander.
This group of tomatoes are of a size between cherry tomato and beefsteak tomato: medium size, in other words. Each has its own unique character. The climbing varieties ripen somewhat later than the compact varieties and are therefore more successful under rain protection: a lean-to, greenhouse or growing tunnel.
