Medium-sized Tomato 'Clear Pink Early'

  • Product number: 293192
  • Origin: Central America
  • Latin: Lycopersicon lycopersicum, also known as L. esculentum

The early-ripening round, Russian tomatoes are rose-red, weigh 90-180g, and have a very good, sweet, juicy flavor. A harvest of 30-60 fruits from one plant is not uncommon. The fruits do not crack easily and can withstand fluctuating temperatures well. The plants remain compact, around 120 cm high.
Do you often grow your tomatoes in the same spot, for example in a greenhouse (or mini-greenhouse)? Then diseases can develop in the soil, which rootstocks are resistant to, and thus grafting is recommended:
for grafting tomatoes, use this variety: 291110 Tomato 'Landon'. As an aid, we recommend these grafting clips: 847520 Grafting clip 1.5 mm.

This group of tomatoes are a size between cherry tomato and beefsteak tomato: medium-sized, in other words. Each has its own unique character. The climbing varieties ripen somewhat later than the compact varieties and are therefore more successful under rain protection: a lean-to, greenhouse, or grow tunnel.
