Strong, disease-resistant bush tomato that remains compact and can therefore be grown very well in pots or containers! The slightly elongated fruits (8 grams) are deliciously sweet and grow in long trusses, well clear of the ground. You can harvest red cherry tomatoes from these plants for a long season.
The smallest tomatoes in our assortment are called cherry tomatoes or ping-pong tomatoes, depending on their size. Some varieties are elongated or heart-shaped and are accordingly given a slightly different name. Some are even original, wild species. Most taste extra sweet; a few have a sweet-sour taste. Cherry tomatoes are closest to the original species, which is probably why they are generally more resistant to the dreaded potato blight.
