Italian raw vegetable salad (they call this kind Rucola coltivata), tasty spicy green leaf, pick young when the leaves
are about 8-10 cm high. If arugula grows slowly due to heat, sun and not too much water, the taste becomes much stronger. This has inspired clever supermarkets to call this "Wasabi-Arugula". The "real" one can be found at no. 242120. Be careful, if you overdo the slow cultivation, the plants will go to seed.

Product variants

Sowing method: March-September outdoors, sowing a portion each time provides a continuous fresh harvest. They can tolerate some cold. Keep moist in summer to prevent premature bolting. Can be sown indoors year-round. This variety is also cultivated as microgreens (for the young plant with cotyledons or first true leaves). Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (kitchen paper, cotton wool, soil). Dark and warm for germination, light and cooler after germination.
