An elegant and tasty, Asian turnip green. Albert Heijn made them popular, this beautiful, rosette-shaped cabbage variety. The most well-known Tah Tsai has spoon-shaped leaves in a deep glossy green colour, but this 'Scarlet Red' is deep red! A welcome change on your plate, the colour remains well preserved after stir-frying or cooking. This Tah Tsai (or Tat Soi) is deliciously spicy as raw vegetables and beautiful as a microgreen.
