The perfect "snack pepper"! The fertile plants produce an abundance of 5 cm long, slender fruits in 3 bright colours: orange, yellow and red during summer. They are deliciously sweet ("sweet as apples"), crispy, almost seedless and keep well in the fridge. Delicious to snack on as they are, or to stuff with cheese or dip in a sauce. Raw in salads, they are surprisingly aromatic flavour enhancers.
