A wonderfully sweet, crunchy snap pea with a striking appearance: the bloom is beautifully bicoloured blue and purple, and after flowering, butter-yellow pods emerge. This special, old variety originally comes from Asia. It grows to a height of 150 cm (or even taller in fertile soil); allow them to climb along a trellis. In France, there is/was an old variety called 'Jaune de Madras', which also likely originated from Asia. Tip: sow this legume alternately with Gold of Pleasure (390900) for natural support.
